Curious. Bold. Loyal. Three words that have guided me through my career as a creative professional. Curiosity is the driving force that leads me to fully understand any project I’ve undertaken; it is the path to the answers needed to succeed. Boldness comes in many forms but often being bold is simply reaching beyond the expected. Last but not least is loyalty, which I believe is the key to building productive relationships as well as building great teams that work hard for each other.

I have spent over 25 years creating results-driven work with both small entrepreneurial companies and large multinational corporations, in a wide range of industries. Regardless of industry or size of company, I let the process direct the outcomes. Overall, I take a consultative approach to gain a deep understanding of both the project objectives and the motives that lead to my engagement. This process of asking questions and listening, often uncovers the project’s true scope and paints a clear picture of the deliverables needed to achieve the objectives.

Over the years I have developed processes that foster a culture of collaboration and an efficient workflow. I have a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, maintaining client relationships and managing complex projects.
